To book a session with Charleston Headshots, simply fill out the contact form on the website with your preferred date and time. A member of the Charleston Headshots team will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm availability and finalize your booking.

Absolutely! In fact, most of the companies we work with have us match their current headshot background and look. It is no problem for our experienced team of photographers and editors.

A 30 minute Session $350 in Studio/ $450 at Your Location (includes travel and portable studio set-up)

• $95/person for each additional subject (for corporate or small business headshots only)
• includes all final photos delivered digitally within 2-3 business days in an online gallery with full download rights
• option to have any image of your choice retouched ($30/image)

You can prepare for your headshot session by getting enough sleep, drinking plenty of water, and moisturizing your skin. You can also groom your hair and apply makeup if you wish. You can also practice some poses and expressions in front of a mirror or a camera to feel more comfortable and confident, but it is not necessary. You can just show up and we will guide you through it all! ;)

We recommend wearing something that reflects your style, brand, and industry. Choose colors that complement your skin tone, hair color, and eyes. Avoid patterns, logos, or anything that distracts from your face. You can also bring a few different outfits to change during the session if you'd like. And you can always bring a few options and ask our team member what they think will look best ;)

During the headshot session, a member of our team will guide you through the whole process, from choosing the best location and lighting, to posing and smiling naturally. We will also show you some of the images on the back of the camera to make sure you are happy with the results. The session will be fun, relaxed and professional.

For corporate headshots, typically done on site at the office, the same goes. The sessions are typically up to 5 minutes per employee. We are quick and effective because we know how busy you are!

2-3 business days. Some corporate headshots with large groups can take longer but always delivered within 7 business days. You will receive a link to an online gallery where you can view, download and share your images. You can also order prints from the gallery if you wish.

Yes! We offer all of them. Our team of expreienced photographers can take care of any business related photos. Frequently our clients want office photos or other branding photos for their website and we are happy to offer both! We also love photographing corporate events. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session with Charleston Headshots, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a partial refund or rescheduling fee.
